Questions about marble

Which types of marble are used most?

The most searched are the Italian whites: Calacatta, Carrara and Statuario. Crema Marfil and Emperador, two Spanish marbles, come next. Among the darks, Portoro and Nero Marquina lead. If a marble has no photo in the catalog, we source it for you on request.

Is Italian marble better than marble from other countries?

Not because of the country: what counts is the slab. Italy produces the most famous whites, such as Carrara, Calacatta and Statuario, with centuries of craft in cutting and finishing. Spain, Turkey, Greece and India also have very good marbles. Slab quality, first or second choice, matters more than where it comes from.

How much does marble cost per square meter?

It depends on the stone, the quality of the slab, the thickness, the finish and shipping to your country. The difference between a common marble and a Calacatta is big. Send us the measurements on WhatsApp and we quote with shipping included. The price guide explains every factor.

Are the room photos real?

The stone photos are real: they are the catalog slabs. The room scenes are visualizations built from those photos, so you can see how each marble looks on a floor, in a kitchen or in a bathroom. Before you buy, we send you photos of the slabs available for your order.
