What Fantastico Arni Marble Looks Like
Black and gray veins folded in a zigzag cross a warm white background in dense, almost horizontal waves. The zigzag defines the slab, with dark grays beside the black in every fold. The waves follow one another without breaking, and the bright polish in the photo keeps every fold well defined. The zigzag of this slab changes moderately.

Fantastico Arni Marble Finishes
In the photo the slab comes polished: the shine raises the contrast of the zigzag.
-
Polished
The one in the photo: the white reflects light and the black veins stand out strongly.
-
Honed
Takes away the reflection of the polish: less slipping in showers and on wet floors.
-
Brushed
Fine stripes and a soft shine; for traffic areas, where the shine of polish wears off with use.

Questions about Fantastico Arni marble
What is the difference between Fantastico Arni and Fantastico onyx?
They are different stones that share only the name. Fantastico onyx, part of the onyx family, carries strongly marked alternating horizontal bands of white, reddish and ochre. It also passes light, a characteristic of onyx. This Fantastico Arni is an opaque marble: a warm white background with black veins folded in a zigzag.
Does Fantastico Arni marble work for a kitchen countertop?
The kitchen is the most demanding use for a marble, and this one is no exception. The acid in lemon or tomato etches the polish and leaves a matte spot that no cleaning removes: it is a chemical reaction, not dirt. If you still want it on the countertop, dry the acid at once and expect the patina to arrive.
What cleaning does Fantastico Arni need?
Water with neutral soap for everyday cleaning, and acidic liquids dried at once. The sealer is decided with water: one drop on the stone; if the spot darkens, the stone is absorbing and it is time to seal. Etching marks are not the end: a fresh polish removes them.
Are the photos of this stone real slabs?
Yes: the slab that opens the page is real, and so is the close-up. The zigzag on your slab will be different. Before you buy, we send photos of the slabs available for your order.
