Sahara Bronze marble

Marble · Tunisia

Fine, straight bronze veins cross in different directions over a brownish black background. Sahara Bronze Marble is a high-contrast dark that performs above all in bathrooms and on walls.

What Sahara Bronze Marble Looks Like

A black with a brownish tint fills the slab in the photo and serves as the base for fine, straight bronze strokes that cross in different directions. The contrast is high and the polish's shine raises it further: the bronze stands out clearly against the dark background. The palette adds a beige touch or two. Within the slab the network of strokes changes moderately. Two slabs never carry the same network, so the piece in your order is chosen from photos.

Sahara Bronze Marble finishes

The photo is polished; the other finishes lower the shine and change how the bronze network reads.

  • Polished

The one in the photo: the mirror of the polish makes the bronze veins stand out against the dark background.

  • Honed

Matte and soft to the touch: it calms the reflection and is the option for floors and showers, where a wet polish is slippery.

  • Brushed

Fine lines and a firm touch: it gives the surface texture and the dark looks less flat.

Questions about Sahara Bronze Marble

How do I tell Sahara Bronze apart from Sahara Noir?

They are close relatives. The Noir carries very fine, straight, sparse gold lines; you can see them in the photo on the Sahara Noir page. The Bronze instead builds a web of crisscrossing bronze strokes. If in doubt, ask for photos of both slabs and compare the patterns.

Does Sahara Bronze work in the kitchen?

It works, with conditions. A lemon or a tomato that sits on the surface for hours leaves a dull mark on the polish. Over the years the stone takes on a patina. If you prefer a surface that asks for less care, granite handles acids better: the marble or granite guide compares the two.

Does Sahara Bronze Marble need sealer?

It depends on how much the slab absorbs: marble is porous and a sealer lowers that absorption, though it does not end it. Pour a little water on the surface: if the spot looks darker after a while, the stone wants sealer before use. In kitchens and showers, where more water falls, repeat the test now and then.

Are both photos on this page of a real slab?

Yes: both shots come from the same slab, the full view and the close-up. Every slab carries its own network. Before you buy, we send photos of the slabs available for your order.

Do you ship Sahara Bronze to my country?

We ship to any country, with the stone's documents of origin and its CE certification. On the shipping page we explain how it reaches each region.
