What Botticino Light Marble Looks Like
A light beige that does not ask for attention: the slab in the photo stays smooth and even from side to side, with no visible veining and only a hint of light gray in the tone. Contrast is low, and from a distance it reads as one beige mass; up close no pattern appears either. The color does not change within the slab; the straps and supports seen in the photo are not part of the stone. That calm background is what a bathroom or a large wall needs: nothing competes and nothing tires the eye.

Botticino Light Marble Finishes
On a smooth background, the finish rules: it goes from mirror polish to textured matte, and what each piece can do changes with it.
-
Polished
The highest shine: the light beige reflects light and the pieces look brighter.
-
Honed
It removes the reflection and leaves the beige matte; it gains grip in showers and bathroom floors.
-
Brushed
Fine brush stripes that leave a textured matte; practical on stairs and busy entryways.
-
Antiqued
A matte with an aged look for classic-style floors and stairs, where shine would be too much.

Questions about Botticino Light Marble
Are Botticino Claro and Botticino Light the same marble?
Yes: they are both names for this same stone. Botticino Light is the trade name and Botticino Claro is the translated version of the name; you can order it by either one. If you want to compare it with the other Botticino selections, each one has its own page.
Can Botticino Light hold up as a kitchen countertop?
It fits if you accept that it takes marks: vinegar, wine or an acidic cleaner dull the shine where they land. On a light beige, the mark shows right away. The good news is that marble restores, and those marks can be polished out again. If you cook a lot every day, compare first in the marble or granite guide.
Does Botticino Light marble need a sealer?
It does: marble is porous and the sealer reduces how much the slab absorbs, though it does not make it waterproof. The test is simple: a drop of water that darkens the beige means it is time to renew it.
Is the photo above the slab I will receive?
It is a photo of a real Botticino Light slab: shown in full, with the handling straps and supports in view. A close-up shows that same even beige. Every slab is different. Before you buy, we send photos of the slabs available for your order.
Can I order Botticino Light from another country?
We ship to any country, with the stone's documents of origin and its CE certification. On the shipping page we explain how it reaches each region.
