How long does the stone take to arrive?
It depends on the stone, on whether the producer has slabs ready, and on the destination country. The quote gives you an estimated shipping date and arrival date. Each stage is explained under shipping.
Can I see samples if I'm in another country?
We carry physical samples in Panama City. If you are in another country, we send photos and video of the available slabs, close up and in good light, so you can choose in detail.
What documents come with the stone?
The commercial invoice, the packing list, the bill of lading and photos of your slabs travel with the stone. CE or DoP documentation is included when it applies and is available.
Do you coordinate installation in my country?
Yes. We ship to any country and, when the project calls for it, we coordinate installation too. The quote details what it includes.
