What Cipollino Verde Marble looks like
The background is a warm white, crossed by parallel diagonal stripes formed by fine grayish green veins that branch. Touches of cream soften the step from white to grayish green. The contrast sits halfway: the greenish stripes show from a distance without washing out the background. On this slab the rhythm of the stripes stays even from side to side.

Cipollino Verde Marble finishes
The finish does not touch the pattern of this marble: what changes is the gloss, the feel and the use where it performs best.
-
Polished
Maximum gloss: the warm white gains light and the greenish bands read sharper.
-
Honed
No mirror gloss, soft to the touch: it hides everyday marks better.
-
Brushed
A fine texture you can feel and less gloss: together with honed, it is the choice for wet areas.

Questions about Cipollino Verde marble
What is the difference between Cipollino Verde and Cipollino?
They share the family, not the pattern. Cipollino carries wavy dark and light green bands that close into an eye shape at the center; the Verde keeps fine, parallel stripes of greenish veins over a warm white. One look at them together tells them apart.
Can I use Cipollino Verde in the kitchen?
You can, with one condition: the acid in lemon, vinegar or wine leaves an opaque zone in the polish. The patina comes with the years, though every mark can be polished out again. If you prefer a countertop that does not change, granite stands up to acids and quartzites give a similar look with much higher hardness.
What care does Cipollino Verde need?
Water and a neutral soap handle the daily cleaning. What punishes the polish most is acid: if lemon or wine spills, wipe it up soon. The sealer makes the stone absorb less; the water drop test tells you when to reapply it.
How does Cipollino Verde reach my country?
We ship to any country, with the stone's documents of origin and its CE certification. On the shipping page we explain how it reaches each region.
How do I choose my slab?
You will choose from the slab photo, which shows a real Cipollino Verde slab with its warm white and its fine stripes of greenish veins; the close-up brings the vein detail near. Before you buy, we send you photos of the slabs available for your order.
