How does Golden Sky hold up in the kitchen?
On a countertop it works with one condition: the surface will show use. Lemon, tomato or vinegar leave a dull patch on the polish that scrubbing will not remove. Cutting without a board leaves knife marks: granite handles that wear better. If you like a stone that gains character over the years, it works; if you want it always untouched, compare it with a quartzite: harder, with the look of marble.
Does it look like Calacatta Copper?

What care does Golden Sky marble need?
