What Green Agate looks like
A mosaic of slices of agate covers the slab in the photo: each slice keeps green rings around a white center and some go brown. The background is blue-green and the contrast between rings, centers and background sits in the middle. Within the slab the greens change moderately and the surface comes polished, with the high gloss of the photo.

Where does Green Agate work?
- WallsWhere it stands out most: accent wall, headboard or bar
- TablesTables that are seen up close; anything hot on a trivet
- BathroomsA sink or a bathroom wall; not the shower with direct water
- KitchenNot as a countertop: the stove heats the resin
- Interior floorsOutdoors: stepping on it marks the resin, which is softer than the stone
- OutdoorsNot outdoors either: the resin cannot take direct sun
- ScratchesMedium
- StainsMedium
- HeatLow
A large indoor wall takes more than one slab: since each panel carries a different pattern, ask to see them all together before you decide.
Green Agate, polished or with light behind it
Green rings and a blue-green background shine with the polish in the photo. Backlighting stays subject to the real slab.

Questions about Green Agate
Is the Green Agate slab in the photo real?
Yes. The photo shows a finished slab, with its mosaic of slices already assembled. Since each panel is assembled by hand, yours will have its own layout of greens. Before you buy, we send you photos of the slabs available for your order.
Is it a continuous stone or joined pieces?
They are pieces: the slab is assembled by hand, gluing pieces of natural agate with resin onto a base. The pattern stays in mosaic, with no long veins crossing the piece, as the photo shows. The stone is natural; the panel is handmade.
Can you put light behind Green Agate?
It depends on the real slab: in the photo, the white centers make it possible that some light gets through, not certain. If the green slab lets it through, it is mounted with a light behind it. Just make sure that light gives no direct heat to the resin.
How does it differ from malachite?
Both are green semi-precious panels. In its photo, malachite carries light and dark concentric bands over emerald green; in the photo of green agate, the slices have rings and white centers and an occasional brown piece.
How does Green Agate reach my country?
