What Radika Quartzite looks like
Honey brown background, traveled by horizontal bands in caramel and dark brown. Between the bands, dark lines and knots appear. The whole reads like the grain of a wooden board. The contrast between bands and background is medium: the pattern shows clearly without dominating the slab. The photo shows this slab with its bright polish. Variation within the slab is moderate; the version of the pattern that goes to your project is chosen with photos.

Where to use Radika quartzite

- BathroomsSinks, showers and bathroom walls

- OutdoorsFacades and terraces; polished slips when wet

- AcidsHigh
If your countertop or wall takes several pieces, ask for the bands to follow the same line from one cut to the next so the wood pattern reads continuous.
Radika Quartzite finishes
The finish choice comes down to sheen and touch: polished gleams, honed stays matte, and leathered adds texture.
-
Polished
The one in the photo: high sheen over the honey brown and its bands.
-
Honed
It takes away the sheen and leaves the surface matte; where it gets wet, it slips less than polished.
-
Leathered
A texture you feel under the hand, with less sheen than polished.

Questions about Radika quartzite
What is the difference between Radika quartzite and Infinity Brown?
Both are brown quartzites. Infinity Brown quartzite reads almost black in its photo, with fine diagonal white veins and light specks. Radika, instead, is honey brown in the photo slab: its horizontal bands, with dark lines and knots, read like the grain of a board. If your kitchen calls for a light brown, stay with Radika; if you prefer an almost black background like the one in its photo, look at Infinity Brown.
Does Radika quartzite work for a kitchen countertop?
Yes: the kitchen countertop is among its best uses. A knife does not mark the surface. As a quartzite, a hot pot and lemon spilled while cooking weigh on it far less than on a marble. Either way, use a board when you cut: what gets protected there is the knife edge, not the stone.
Does Radika quartzite need sealer?
Not always: it depends on how much each quartzite slab absorbs. In this one, stain resistance sits in the middle, and sealer adds protection. Test the stone with a drop of water: if the stone darkens where the drop fell, that piece needs it. Kitchen and bath are the places where applying it pays off.
Is the slab photo real?
Real: what the photo shows is a true Radika slab, whole and with a close-up detail. Before you buy, we send you photos of the slabs available for your order.
How does Radika quartzite reach my country?
We ship to any country, with the stone's documents of origin and its CE certification. On the shipping page we explain how it reaches each region.
