Fior di Pesco Grey engineered marble with resin
Engineered marble · Italy
Made of crushed marble bonded with resin, Fior di Pesco Grey shows the even speckling of a terrazzo in its photo: light gray background dotted with white fragments. Its ground is inside the house, mostly floors and walls.

What Fior di Pesco Grey looks like
Many small, tightly packed white fragments cover the light gray background: dense speckling that reads more as terrazzo than as veining. A few dark dots slip in between the fragments and keep the contrast at a medium level. Within the slab the speckling barely changes and keeps the same density. The finish in the photo is matte: no polished shine on the surface.

Common questions about Fior di Pesco Grey
How does it differ from Fior di Pesco marble in slab form?
Mostly in variation: the marble slab has more; this compound spreads the speckling more evenly. To restore it, on the other hand, it is worked like marble.
Does it work for a kitchen countertop?
Not for daily use: marble in the mix means tomato, vinegar or lemon marks the surface. Resin also does not do well near direct heat. Where it works is on light-contact pieces.
What care does Fior di Pesco Grey need?
This version cleans with water and neutral soap; no acidic cleaners or solvents, because acids mark the marble in the mix. Sealing is for the other version, the cement one.
Is the photo a real slab?
Yes. The photo shows a real slab of this material. Before you buy, we send photos of the slabs available for your order.
