What Aquamarine Quartzite Looks Like
Pale aqua in the background, with touches of mint green and white: in the slab in the photo, the white veins run diagonally with medium-strength strokes, softened by light clouds. The white of the veins stands apart from the background without taking it over, and the contrast lands in the middle: the slab reads bright and calm. Within the slab, the pattern moves moderately between aqua, mint green and white. In the photo, the slab is polished.

If it is going into a kitchen, ask for an offcut and run the lemon test on it: if it reacts, that piece holds some calcite or dolomite.
Aquamarine Quartzite Finishes
The photo is polished; honed and leathered lower the surface shine.
-
Polished
The one in the photo: light and reflection over the aqua background.
-
Honed
No shine and soft to the touch; in wet areas it is less slippery than polished.
-
Leathered
Relief under the fingers and a muted shine; practical where you do not want reflections on the surface.

Questions about Aquamarine Quartzite
How does Aquamarine quartzite differ from Tiffany Wow quartzite?
Both photos mix aqua and white, but the veining changes: in its photo, Tiffany Wow carries strongly marked wavy dark veins, while the Aquamarine slab keeps soft white veins running diagonally, with medium contrast. If you want a calm green without a strong pattern, its photo goes that way. You can compare it with Tiffany Wow quartzite.
How hard is Aquamarine quartzite in a kitchen?
It scratches glass and a knife does not mark it: daily work on the countertop does not wear it the way it wears marble. It also stands up to the heat of a pot and the acids in lemon or vinegar far better than marble.
How do I know if my Aquamarine quartzite slab needs sealer?
Put a drop of water on an offcut of the slab; if the color darkens, that piece asks for sealer. Each quartzite brings its own porosity: what decides is the piece you will get, not the name of the stone. With a light background, any spill shows up at once; clean it with mild soap.
Is the slab in the photo real?
Yes. The photo shows a true Aquamarine quartzite slab; the close-up lets you see the pattern in detail. Before you buy, we send you photos of the slabs available for your order.
In which countries can I receive Aquamarine quartzite?
We ship to any country, with the stone's documents of origin and its CE certification. On the shipping page we explain how it reaches each region.
